* Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Standard UK Delivery can take up to 15 working days due to adverse weather conditions or postal strikes. We will advise customers where possible of any delay to your order. 
International Recorded Delivery times can take longer depending on your country's postal service.

** Please note that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by the recipient. 

Orders made at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday, will be processed the following working day.

An email will be sent to you to notify you as to when your order has been shipped.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

  • If there is an item of Maggie Angus jewellery that you've previously seen on maggieangus.com and it is no longer available, send us a quick email and we may be able to make or find you one info@maggieangus.com

  • All goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change
     
  • If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items

LOST ITEMS 

If you think that your order has gone missing please email 
info@maggieangus.com and give us your order number and name and we will track your order. It may take up to 14 days to investigate the whereabouts of your lost order. It is at our discretion as to whether or not we will replace items lost in the post.

MAKING MAGGIE ANGUS' PIECES EXTRA LOVELY 

Every item that you buy from Maggie Angus Jewellery will be packaged in a lovely gift box. This is included in your packaging and postage costs!

If you would like us to write a note with the parcel and delivery it direct to your friend/ family member as a gift, let us know when you purchase an item and we will print a personalised message of 25 words or less.

RETURNS

  • All returns should be sent back to Maggie Angus in their original packaging 
  • We are more than happy to exchange items or accept returns. You have 28 days from the day of delivery to return items
  • We do NOT offer refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons or items listed in our SALE
  • The item(s) should be returned unworn and in good condition
  • If your item is damaged on delivery or has a fault, we will endeavour to offer a repair, exchange or refund 
  • We do not offer free postage on returns, only for those items that are damaged or defective
  • If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

FAULTY PRODUCTS & REPAIRS

  • We make rigorous checks to maintain excellent quality of the products that we provide for customers, however on occasion - like everything - something might not be "quite right" with your purchase.
  • If there is a fault with your jewellery, please let us know as soon as possible and we can arrange for the item to be fixed as soon as possible.
  • We also believe in good aftercare, so if your purchase breaks within 6 months of your purchase date, we will replace the item with a brand new one or issue you with something of the same value.

WHERE ARE MAGGIE ANGUS PRODUCTS MADE & WHAT IS THE COMPANY'S ETHICAL POLICY?

All Maggie Angus acrylic jewellery pieces are handmade in the UK with a lot of care and attention. Although we create lots of cool new pieces for you to choose from, we recycle everything we don't use in the most environmentally friendly ways available and keep other waste to an absolute minimum. All of our gift boxes are made from recycled card as are our receipts and envelopes. Some of the Perspex jewellery that Maggie Angus collected is now over 90 years old and it is still adored by her granddaughter Anna (the founder of this fashion jewellery brand) and so it is our believe that we want to create pieces that can be adored too and passed down to future generations.
